Refund Policy
At Build-A-Baller, your satisfaction is our priority. We are confident in the quality of our instructional content and stand behind everything we produce.
Digital Products
All sales of digital content — including video lessons and skill packs — are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us at [your email] within 7 days and we will process your refund promptly, no questions asked.
After 7 days, all sales are final. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds beyond this window.
Physical Products
If you are not completely satisfied with a physical product such as clothing or merchandise, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

In-Person Training Sessions
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
